Across the nation, on October 19, you could find stories of ICCU winning Hyland’s 2017 Financial Services OnBase Innovation Award at the CommunityLIVE user conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. At ICCU, we continually strive to improve member services and utilize technology to achieve better results.
OnBase is a software program that standardizes workflow processes to improve speed and accuracy, which consequently improves member experiences. At ICCU, our innovative team members have designed and built over 100 different OnBase workflows, which are actively used, and our team members continue to build more workflows to improve member services.
In order to win this award, there were a couple of phases. In the first phase, an ICCU team member submitted a proposal of how ICCU uses OnBase innovatively. Of all the submissions, the best three financial services submissions were selected. Each worked with a partner at Hyland to create a presentation of the proposal, and the proposals were anonymously presented by a third party so no favoritism would be shown. In a peer group of other professionals who also utilize OnBase, ICCU’s innovative solution was voted first place.
