Recently an Idaho Central member wrote in about the service he received from an ICCU team member, Mark. This member was extremely impressed by how Mark went the extra mile to make sure he was taken care of. The member wrote: “I injured my foot a couple of weeks ago and have been on crutches. I needed to do some banking with you and Mark made the transaction very smooth! He even offered to come out to my car when I pulled up so I wouldn’t have to hobble into the lobby. It’s nice to be treated as a person and not just a number.”
