What does this benefit provide?
You and joint account holders are covered for up to $1,000,000 of Identity Theft Expense Reimbursement for expenses associated with restoring your identity, such as reimbursement for costs associated with attorney fees, loan application fees, long distance calls, certified mail and notarized fraud documents, medical record costs, costs for daycare and elder care, travel and accommodations, as well as coverage for wages lost for time taken off work to correct personal records.

FUEL SAVINGS
What savings do I get with this benefit?
This benefit provides fuel discounts at Shell stations. It is supported by the Fuel Rewards® program offered through Shell. Members who register for Fuel Rewards for the first time receive $0.30/gal discount off per gallon on their first fill up. Members also receive “Complimentary Gold Status” of $.05/gal discount on all fuel purchases. Fuel Rewards savings are limited to 20 gallons of fuel per purchase per vehicle.
How do I get the initial discount and ongoing $0.05/gal discount?
Register by clicking on the link found on your program site. Enter your name, email address, zip code, phone number and create a password. The phone number you entered (Alt ID) will be used to access your reward at the pump.
What if I already have a Fuel Rewards membership, how do I get Complimentary Gold Status?
If you already have a membership through one of the many Fuel Rewards® relationships, please log in using your existing credentials through this portal so we can “tag” your account for the Complimentary Gold and offer you future rewards to stack with what you have today.
What do I have to do at the Shell station?
Follow the steps below to utilize the benefit.
• When prompted at the pump, select “Rewards” then “Fuel Rewards” or “FRN.”
• Key-in your Alt ID (your phone number) before you pay.
• Insert your credit or debit card to initiate the payment.
• Pump your gas
How can I receive additional fuel discounts?
You can combine your Complimentary Gold Status reward ($0.05/gal) with rewards earned from everyday purchases. Whenever you shop, dine or make other day-to-day purchases at any merchant or restaurant participating in the Answer: Fuel Rewards program, you may earn additional cents-per-gallon discounts on fuel.
• Dining: Earn 10¢/gal for every $50 spent at participating restaurants with a linked credit card.
• In-Store Rewards: Earn rewards on select items at participating Shell stores.
• Online Shopping: Earn at least 5¢/gal for every $50 spent shopping online with brands you love.
• Car Rentals: Earn $0.10/gal for every $50 spent with participating car rental agencies.
