How much does this insurance cost?
This is NOT insurance, and the discount card is available to you at no cost through your eligible checking account.
How does this work? What do I have to pay?
You are obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization. The range of discounts for services offered will vary depending on the type of provider and service.
How do I get my card to show a provider?
Once you register on the program site your discount card is available to print immediately or you can request that the card be mailed to you. It is the key to enjoying all of your benefits, so carry it with you and be sure to present it at the time of service or when ordering prescriptions.
How do I find out who the providers are?
You may search for providers in your location on your program site. Additionally, you will receive a list of providers in your area with your health discount card. For additional providers or questions, call the toll- free Benefits Service Center number at 1-866-210-0361.
Can I use my medical insurance coverage in addition to this discount?
No, we recommend presenting both your medical insurance and the discount card at the time of service to see which one gives you the most savings.
